Tommy comes to Golden Bear Realty with a diverse background serving various industries and executives. He has a commitment and passion in helping people get what they want. Tommy is also a Director of Strategic Alliance Group’s Senior Placement Division, concentrating primarily in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, HealthCare/Bio-Technology/Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Products. He is a member of Strategic Alliance’s Diversity Practice and is actively involved in associations that focus on providing diversity solutions to leading organizations. Tommy has spent more than 20 years in Client Relationship Management, Business Development and Recruiting in Information Technology. His search clients include Board Level Executives, Sales, Asset/Portfolio Management and Information Technology industry specialists. Tom spent the majority of his career building strategic client relationships with many of the Fortune 500 companies, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Prudential Financial, Bankers Trust, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Morgan Stanley, IBM, and Oracle. . Before joining Strategic Alliance Group in 2005, Tommy served as President and CEO of Microstaff, LLC, an Information Technology consulting firm specializing in Financial Services and HealthCare/Bio-Tech/Pharmaceuticals. He previously served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Computer Power Group, an international consulting company. He was one of the “Top Two” Business Development Managers in the country. He traveled internationally to support a worldwide, New Jersey-based Pharmaceutical company account. His consulting background also includes Cap Gemini Americas, where he was a Senior Consultant to the Financial Services Industry and a member of their elite interviewing team. Tommy has Business Management and Computer Science degrees from Rutgers University. He studied under Tom Hopkins (one of the nation’s leading sales trainers) for 5 consecutive years giving rise to his success in Client Relationship Management. He most recently authored and trademarked “Win-The-Job”, a professional interviewing program. Tommy believes the only way to truly serve a client is to understand their needs, their vision, build trust, and maintain a strong delivery process. This belief transcends to his newest venture, real estate. As a real estate agent, Tommy’s commitment in understanding a buyer’s vision ensures a win-win-win real estate transaction. |
